Few days ago VMware released Update 2 for vSphere 6 including vCenter, ESXi, vRealize Log Insights and vRealize Business for cloud. Most of the fixes are related to security
- glibc
- NTP
- OpenSSH
- zlib
but there are also few very good fixes like:
- Upgrading vCenter Server from 5.5 Update 3b to 6.0 Update 1b might fail
- Attempts to apply VMFS filter when performing an extend operation on vCenter Server 6.x database might not work
- Inventory might not be visible in vSphere Web Client even after you log in to vCenter Server with the correct permissions
