Dear Artur Krzywdzinski,

Good evening to you and thanks for the email. Thanks for sharing and i had went through the link through http://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-51/index.jsp#com.vmware.vsphere.vcenterhost.doc/GUID-F0C0FFD7-FC60-4CF9-B4E4-106FC1B97730.html#GUID-F0C0FFD7-FC60-4CF9-B4E4-106FC1B97730

May i make assumption to say the maximum concurrent vMotion connection should applicable to either

1. vmotion vm between multiple esxi host under same cluster
2. vmotion vm from one cluster host to another cluster host (let assume the network configuration is identical)

Many thanks again for your advise.

Regards
Ong KoK Chong

Hi, maximum concurrent vMotion depends on available network bandwidth (1Gbps or 10Gbps) and vSphere version you have implemented. See link below to check the maximums. For example, in vSphere 5.1 maximums are: 1Gnps network - 4 concurrent vMotion, 10 Gbps network 8 concurrent vMotion per ESXi host

Hi community member,

Good evening to you. May i know how many live migration instance can be execute when migrate VM from one VM cluster A to VM cluster B?

Many thanks for your advise in advanced.
